We meet Ephesus in Acts. We watch Paul labor there for years. We read the theology he later sends to the church. We see Timothy confront the problems that emerge within it. And decades after the story began, we hear Jesus Himself evaluate what the church had become.
Kingdoms Collide follows that story from beginning to end.

The church didn’t fail overnight.
It began with extraordinary promise. It survived opposition, spiritual warfare, false teaching, cultural pressure, and decades of change. Then, nearly forty years after the story began, Jesus addressed the church Himself.
Why Ephesus Matters in the Bible
Ephesus gives us a rare opportunity to watch a New Testament church develop across generations. Its story stretches from Paul’s arrival in Acts to his letter to the Ephesians, Timothy’s ministry, and eventually Christ’s warning in Revelation.
Along the way, the church of Ephesus faced spiritual opposition, cultural pressure, false teaching, leadership challenges, and the danger of losing the love that once defined it. Reading these biblical books together allows us to see not isolated passages, but one unfolding story of faithfulness, struggle, and spiritual formation.
